Need Roosters?

Hi Ruth-
Would you please pass along to all your leaders that we have some bantam roosters that would be awesome show birds to give away to a responsible 4H'er:

Black Japanese Bantams-these are very small, beautiful birds and are from Mike Schmidt and Kenny Byess's show lines.

Mottled (black with white splash) Bantam Cochin-beautiful and from a rooster from Doris Robinson (President of APA/ABA Youth Program) and our multiple "Best in Show" winning white Cochin hen.

Please contact Emily if interested: 784-3020 (We also have standard chicks in the 'bator)

Goodbye

Just wanted to write a short note letting you know that I have left Collier County 4-H. I hope that I will see you again around the community. Please let Trisha know of unmet needs as soon as you can. Unfortunately, I have not been able to complete everything before leaving. For that I apologize.
I've enjoyed all of our time together. Take good care.

Very Important Update re: Hog Weigh In

We would like to let everyone know that due to the decrease of hours for tomorrow’s weigh in (8am-10am) we are going to also weigh in hogs tonight from 5pm-7pm. We want to make sure that every child can get there animal here and weigh it in. The Fair is making every effort to accommodate everyone and hope that opening up tonight to weigh in animals will help everyone out. Please do not feel that you have to come tonight, we will be here tomorrow as well. We are asking that after you weigh in your animal you promptly take your animal home.

The Fair will also have LA 200 Shots available for $2.00 (exact change please) if you would like to purchase one for your animal.

We would like to thank everyone for their understanding and helping us to make this work for our kids.
